Nick practically grew up in cafes, spending years immersed in every part of the coffee industry, both here in New Zealand and across Europe. *dainty* is the heart and soul of that experience and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.
The Dainty Inn
Our namesake *The Dainty Inn* was a bustling milk bar, run by Nick’s grandfather James Curnow in the early ’60’s. Iwas a local favorite just up the road on High Street. It was a place that brought people together, and its legacy still holds a nostalgic charm for those who remember it. We like to think *dainty* carries on that spirit.
